1. At anytime renter may return instrument in good condition and working order, ordinary wear and tear resulting from proper use accepted, but will be responsible for all monthly payments during rental period or term of the contract (whichever is greater).
2. All payments received (less damage waiver) within 10 months of contract date will be applied toward the retail price of the item. Thereafter, only fifty percent (50%) of payments received (less damage waiver) will be applied towards the stated retail price.
3. Damage waiver plan – Covers renter against damage up to $100.00 (neglect or improper use excluded). Damage waiver plan terminates if rent is unpaid for 30 days. Plan does not cover strings, reeds, bulbs or other accessories.
4. If past due, renter agrees to allow delinquent and current rental payments to be charged against renter’s credit card. A $10.00/mo late fee will be assessed for late payments.
5. Current credit card information is required at all times. Failure to provide current credit card information will result in contract converting to a rent-to-rent with no payments applying to purchase.
6. If account is delinquent for three (3) months or greater, contract will convert to a rent-to-rent with no payments applying to purchase.
7. If contract is sent to collections, customer will be contacted or sued to pay an amount equal to 75% above retail purchase price plus all past due rental payments, late fees, and collection fees.
8. All monthly payments are non-refundable.
